Description

Markon is seeking a SE&I Systems Engineer to support our Intelligence Community client with technical requirements and support the NRO site customers with technical and analytical approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Act as single focal point for all corporate communications from client HQ to respective site.
  • Lead integration of site-specific strategy development and execution between directorate components.
  • Perform analysis, and requirements allocation to translate customer requirements into hardware and facilities.
  • Develop and execute Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
  • Provide Strategic direction for component Change Management Process and future integration into site specific infrastructure programs and needs.
  • Implement Control Gate decisions from customer Headquarters.
  • Lead the requirements gathering and development of Requests for Change (RFCs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
  • Develop and disseminate the site-specific user requirements process.
  • Lead site specific requirements analysis related to infrastructure sustainment to resolve operational needs and shortfalls.
  • Prepare operational needs and site-specific shortfall documentation and subsequent communication to customer headquarters.
  • Lead the collection, assessment, validation, and development of customers Unfunded Requirements (UFRs).
  • Identify site specific risks and develop mitigation plan.
  • Contribute to the development and maturity of the Headquarters Master Schedule.
  • Lead the integration of new functionality into existing headquarters Master Schedule.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or other applicable discipline.
  • 5+ years of systems engineering experience, preferably Intelligence Community experience.
  • Experience with technical requirements gathering.

Salary Range

USD $160,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.
