Markon is seeking Computerized Maintenance Management System Administrators/Data Managers to support one of our Intelligence Community customers. This individual will assist the government with loading, managing, and overseeing large data entries into a CMMS (ARCHIBUS). The member will also assist with managing permissions, role creation/implementation, and system access. Finally, the associate will also work with the knowledge management team to develop baseline user training/guides and extract useful data from ARCHIBUS to plan, program, and track maintenance budgets, execution, and effective asset management.
This candidate will have developed proficiency in document processing and control for Construction Management services. This candidate is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents to support project construction managers in the execution of their responsibilities. They control the distribution, sorting, filing, storing, authorization, back-up, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents. They are responsible for document audit compliance.
