Description

Markon is seeking a proactive and experienced Systems Integrator, Expert to provide support to an organization’s front office. The successful candidate will offer administrative and business operations assistance to enhance a dynamic customer mission. Familiarity with the customer’s operations is essential to effectively anticipate and meet support needs, including event planning, project management, budget management, and strategic advisory support.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver executive-level organizational performance support to the front office.
  • Ensure accountability by documenting meetings, identifying actions, and facilitating timely resolutions.
  • Integrate and visualize data from diverse sources to generate new insights.
  • Develop executive-level reports, briefings, and dashboards.
  • Create and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Translate organizational priorities into business processes, including:
    • Portfolio management support
    • Process design, improvement, and implementation
    • Governance design, documentation, and implementation
  • Plan, develop, execute, and analyze fiscal year budgets, including projecting future customer budget requirements.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 11 years of experience with a BS/BA, 9 years with an MS/MA, or 7 years with a PhD.
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
  • Proven experience in providing program planning and coordination support.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with customer business systems.
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize new IT systems.
  • Competence in identifying, acquiring, and synthesizing relevant business data to inform executives.
  • Experience in designing, improving, and implementing business processes.
  • Skill in drafting written communications for an executive-level audience.
  • Exceptional initiative and capability to operate with minimal oversight.
  • A broad management consulting skillset, including:
    • Project Management
    • Strategic Planning
    • Organizational Design
    • Process Design
    • Governance Design
    • Facilitation

Desired Skills:

  • Master’s Degree in a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with Tableau.
  • Experience in automating business processes.
  • Experience supporting large-scale organizational transitions and start-ups.

Salary Range

USD $160,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
