Description:

Markon’s partner company is seeking a SQL Systems Engineer to join our program supporting a key IC government customer.

Responsibilities may include:

• Explain technical procedures and processes and results of site surveys clearly and accurately.
• Utilize sponsor systems including BASIS, GENESIS, approval memos and message preparation.
• Give details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• independently perform specialized equipment and system installations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Test, identify, and resolve most tier 1 and tier 2 equipment and system problems.

Requirements:

• Ability to demonstrate of Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier4 troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to demonstrate expert experience with Server OS 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, 2019.
• Expert knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience with cloud technologies.
• Microsoft SCCM/SQL Experience with 1906+.
• Expert-level experience with SQL.
• Understanding of Images, Manage Image, Build Image, and Deploy the Image.
• Configure, manage, and deploy software updates to required groups.
• Experience with scripting in PowerShell, VB, C#.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute task.
• Candidate must be able to work independently or with a team.
• Candidate must have the ability to adjust and learn new technologies.
• Experience writing enterprise level technical standards documentation and diagrams.
• Strong Customer service skills.
• Certification in MCSE/MCITP.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Pack.
• Experience with PowerShell.
• Understanding of Enterprise Networking best practices.

USD $180,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr.
