Markon is seeking a Web Developer to support our Intelligence Customer in shaping the digital experiences of our users. 

• Translate wireframes and mockups into responsive HTML and CSS layouts.
• Enhance user interactions using JavaScript and front-end libraries (e.g., React.js).
• Optimize performance for various devices and browsers.
• Utilize Git for version control, collaborating with other developers and designers.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality.
• Work closely with UX designers to implement visual elements.
• Use design tools (such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) to create pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Conduct user research to understand behavior, preferences, and pain points.
• Validate designs through usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Apply visual design principles (layout, typography, color theory) to create cohesive experiences.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain a unified look and feel.
• Implement best practices for web accessibility (WCAG) to make our products inclusive.
• Add alt text, ARIA roles, and other accessibility features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our products meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.

• Active TS/SCI FSP required
• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Computer Science is desired, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Tableau experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

USD $150,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr.
