Markon is looking for a Space Planner to support one of our Intelligence Community customers.

• Communicating within a team and reach out to the customer to gather, analyze, and coordinate requirements. 
• Performing site visits and collect field measurements to verify data. 
• Reading blueprints and floorplans. 
• Reviewing and creating space layouts using AutoCAD. 
• Developing written communication appropriate for Leadership review. 
• Working across multiple assignments and job sites simultaneously. 
• Performing space audits at NCR facilities. 

• TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience, or 10 years with no degree

Desired

• Experience with ARCHIBUS, Service Central Project Portfolio Management (PPM), PowerBI, Tableau, SharePoint, Excel, and developing standard operating procedures

USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
