Description

Markon's Partner Company is seeking an Expert Financial Analyst to support our Intelligence Customer and provide high level consultant support in the areas of financial analysis and guidance. 

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively and independently across the Office to locate, collect, and interpret relevant financial and programmatic data to inform customer leadership regarding the status of the Office performance; employ program analysis techniques to highlight critical budget, schedule, and performance risk factors, propose alternative value-added mitigation solutions and develop a historical understanding of the programs.
  • Perform expert-level analysis of financial and programmatic data in order to make recommendations to customer regarding the status of the Office financial health and progress.
  • Participate in the review of financial tools to track and report financial data and provide recommendations to Office for tool use
  • Support situations requiring a strong analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Create various daily detailed financial reports, data extracts, and provide quality control checks.
  • Provide customer with budget analysis and completion of various budget deliverables.
  • Monitor and coordinate program resource allocations.
  • Assist and support customer with automating of financial and requirements data in financial database and conduct system operations.
  • Assist with resource management oversight.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI FSP required
  • 10+ years of experience and familiarity with customer organization in a financial / budget / RM role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively as well as apply creativity in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing financial and programmatic data, resolving complex financial problems and providing recommendations to customer.
  • Experience constructing and maintaining back-up documentation on programmatic, organizational, or resource topics.
  • Proven ability to interact with customers, senior leaders and program managers in matrixed environment.
  • Experience preparing and delivering briefing materials.

Salary Range

USD $160,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr.

The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
