Description

Markon’s partner company is seeking an experienced System Integrator to provide Directorate Front Office support for an Intelligence Customer.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Level / Directorate Front Office Support. Create talking points, plan/facilitate meetings, execute governance processes (strategy council, resource council, mission board), support communications team with writing/editing/event execution, create and update HIVE knowledge management sites, some action coordination, support Chief of Staff activities, regular engagement with the executive leadership team. organizing, participating and capturing stakeholder meetings and developing solutions to ensure all deadlines for certain projects are met 
  • Strategy Team Support. Execute strategy lifecycle, plan/facilitate meetings, coordinate leadership engagement, develop briefings and deliverables, plan and facilitate regular leadership offsite events, support development of budget/plans.  
  • Coordinate Wellbeing @DS&T Program. Plan/facilitate meetings, develop and track website content, coordinate global advocate engagement, develop briefings and deliverables, support training efforts.
  • Ad Hoc Support. Engagement and support for Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Meeting facilitation support for strategic Talent initiatives. SME-level consulting for program stand ups or reshaping.

Qualifications

  • Experience with programmatic activities for the Government including tracking actions, documenting management decisions and maintaining configuration management and provide seamless support to Front Office systems and processes.
  • Ability to support senior managers with the capture and documentation of strategy development for the customer and produce briefing materials for senior leadership.
  • Previous experience supporting planning, meeting organization, drafting meeting agendas, etc.  Background in capturing information and building strategic presentations and documentation is needed. 
  • Experience in work-plan development and progress tracking 
  • Must have professional disposition for working in a front office with executives.
  • Previous project management and event coordination experience 
  • Ability to move seamlessly between executive level and administrative level activities.
  • Active TS/SCI FS Poly Security Clearance 

 

  • Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience with S&T and or mission centers
  • Prior experience supporting with the DO
  • Prior experience supporting senior level management
  • Prior experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission goals
  • Cable writing experience

Salary Range

USD $170,000.00 - USD $205,000.00 /Yr.

The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
