Description

Markon is seeking a Systems Engineer with extensive experience in Jira customization and administration to support an intelligence customer. This role will focus on optimizing and customizing Jira workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet our client’s operational needs

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Jira Super User and primary point of contact for Jira administration and customization.
  • Responsible for configuring workflows, managing user permissions, and maintaining overall system efficiency.
  • Jira admins also handle integrations with other tools, ensuring that Jira supports the specific needs of the organization. This role is essential for ensuring that teams can use Jira effectively to manage projects and track progress.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience configuring JIRA processes
  • Bachelors + 6 years of relevant development experience.
  • 3+ years experience working with agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Strong confluence, visio (dev ops support tools)
  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

Desired Qualifications:

  • Atlassian Certified Professional Jira Admin certification

Salary Range

USD $150,000.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.
