Description

Markon is seeking an Enterprise Knowledge Manager to support one of our Intelligence Community Customers.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and leading meetings with customers and other service providers
  • Converting meeting notes and customer submissions into system requirements
  • Developing high level workflows in support of requirements
  • Entering requirements into JIRA using the approved Agile Process
  • Attending sprint reviews and backlog meetings to prioritize requirements for software development and delivery
  • Coordinating with help desk services supporting flexible work centers, conference rooms, and location governance requests

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI FSP required
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma and five (5) years’ work experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree requirement
  • Two (2) years related experience
  • Experience with cross domain services
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud Engineering services
  • Understanding large databases and system interfaces and how they work in partnership to deliver services to end customers
  • Ability to develop proposed workflows for review with the customer and system developers
  • Ability to develop and deliver briefings to client using PowerPoint

Salary Range

USD $120,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.

The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
