Markon is seeking experienced Security Operations Specialists to support the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Office of Space Launch (OSL) in support of its launch integration and operations effort.

• Provide overall security operations support for all launch-related activities, to include SV transportation and processing, Space/Launch Vehicle integration, launch base operations, monitoring and operation of security and payload processing facility systems, and general security requirements and implementation
• Secure, defend, and preserve data, networks, net-centric capabilities, and other designated systems by ensuring appropriate security controls and measures are in place, and taking internal defense actions
• Integrate cybersecurity into all aspects of engineering and acquisition of cyberspace capabilities including access to system controls, monitoring, and administration

Required:

• TS/SCI security clearance with a current Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph, preferrably with the NRO.
• General knowledge of NRO/OSL or other relevant IC/DOD policies and procedures
• Relevant experience in launch security (physical, personnel, and/or cyber)
• Familiarity with government launch security policies, directives and instructions.

Desired:

• Current/prior experience in the space launch environment
• STEM degree

USD $120,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
