Markon is seeking Facility Business Process Specialists to support our NRO client at multiple locations across the US.
The ideal Facility Business Process Specialist will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following tasks:
Provide management and functional support to facility-related information systems, including those for security, logistics, and infrastructure.
Support IT infrastructure for facilities and security systems as well as SAP-based application development.
Assist in developing and implementing a strategic vision for facility and logistics information systems.
Recommend improvements to increase operational effectiveness, utility, and efficiency of facility IT systems, resources, and processes.
Communicate information systems policies, goals, and procedures across the organization.
Support enterprise facility information system approaches, including system design, architecture, operations, maintenance, and engineering.
Required:
High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree required (dependent on level)
2–10+ years of experience in facility operations, IT systems, or business process optimization
Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms
Knowledge of facility infrastructure and related IT systems
Desired:
Experience supporting government or military facilities
Familiarity with facility security systems and data-driven logistics support
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence enterprise-level decisions
