Markon is seeking a Service Manager to support our NRO client at multiple locations across the US.
The ideal Service Manager will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following tasks:
Manage a wide range of employee activities, including conference support, secure document destruction, copier services, logistics, mailroom operations, and other facility support functions.
Develop and execute process and project plans, implement policies and procedures, and define operational goals.
Acquire resources for operations and projects, provide technical supplier management, and lead process improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners.
Participate in equipment make/buy decisions and support supplier selection and oversight.
Required:
High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree required (dependent on level)
2–10+ years of experience in service or facilities management
Experience managing multi-functional support staff and services
Strong project management and resource planning abilities
Desired:
Experience in government or classified environments
Familiarity with vendor and supplier oversight procedures
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
