Description

Markon is seeking a Program Manager to support our Defense Customer.

Responsibilities

  • Lead maturation of AFCEC's Asset Management (AM) processes, strategies, and policies.

  • Provide analytical support for infrastructure investment decisions and life-cycle optimization.

  • Identify critical data elements and recommend effective data collection methodologies.

  • Analyze infrastructure, equipment, and personnel data to validate requirements and scope projects.

  • Support development of AM standards, levels of service, and training programs.

  • Improve asset visibility, requirement development, and project programming processes.

  • Guide COA (course of action) development and infrastructure performance analysis.

  • Assist in aligning AM practices with DoD and DAF policies for both Air Force and Space Force installations.

  • Support near- and long-term capital planning and investment strategies.

  • Advise on AM system integration and data visualization best practices.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in:

    • DoD asset management

    • Real property or infrastructure program development

    • MILCON or similar military construction programs

  • Strong understanding of life-cycle asset management principles and risk-based decision making

  • Experience supporting strategic planning, requirement development, and capital investment processes

Technical Expertise:

  • BUILDER SMS

  • Real Property Assessment Database (RPAD)

  • TRIRIGA

  • ESRI ArcGIS

  • Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting AFCEC or other DoD engineering entities

  • Knowledge of DoD/DAF AM policy and guidance

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and advise senior leadership

Salary Range

USD $150,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Yr.
