Description

Markon is seeking a Multi-INT Integration Analyst to support our NRO client from Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities

The ideal Multi-INT Integration Analyst will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following tasks:

  • Analyze and integrate multi-INT data sources to support national intelligence priorities and operational challenges

  • Collaborate with R&D, analytical partnerships, and subject matter experts to inform technical assessments and solutions

  • Leverage commercial technology, leading-edge expertise, and research and development capabilities to define future intelligence collection best practices

  • Partner with organizational elements including Mission Partners, IC partners, and tool SMEs to optimize the employment of IC resources

  • Support activity-based intelligence and operations analysis through the deployment of advanced data products

  • Integrate data engineering, visualization, machine learning, and advanced fusion techniques to enable decision advantage

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of research demonstrations, capability testing, and model automation across ISR domains

  • Work closely with analysts, operators, and mission planners to ensure a holistic approach to intelligence fusion

Qualifications

Required:

Entry-Level:

  • 0–3 years of experience with a Bachelor’s in Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

  • OR 7 years of related experience with a High School Diploma/GED

  • OR 5 years of related experience with an Associate degree

Intermediate-Level:

  • 4–7 years of experience with a Master’s in a related field

  • OR 10 years of related experience with a High School Diploma/GED

  • OR 8 years of related experience with an Associate degree

  • OR 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree

Senior-Level:

  • 8+ years of experience with a Doctorate in a related field

  • OR 16 years of related experience with a High School Diploma/GED

  • OR 14 years of related experience with an Associate degree

  • OR 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree

  • OR 10 years of related experience with a Master’s degree

AND

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph

  • Experience in multi-INT disciplines and capabilities across the DoD and Intelligence Community

  • Prior experience as a SIGINT, GEOINT, or All-Source Intelligence Analyst

  • Familiarity with the NRO’s and DoD’s national and tactical space architectures
  • Strong understanding of multi-INT capabilities and their application to national security
  • Ability to travel

Desired:

  • Master’s or PhD in Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Experience with data engineering, visualization, machine learning, and big data analytics

  • Ability to problem-solve in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and interface directly with customers

  • Experience demonstrating NRO capabilities to IC, DoD, and federal civilian partners

  • Proven experience applying advanced analytical techniques to complex data sets

Salary Range

USD $120,000.00 - USD $220,000.00 /Yr.
