Markon is seeking a Multi-Media Developer to support our NRO client from Chantilly, VA.
The ideal Multi-Media Developer will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
Collaborate with educators, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to create interactive and visually compelling learning content tailored to diverse audiences
Design and develop interactive multimedia elements including videos, animations, simulations, and interactive exercises
Produce high-quality graphics, infographics, and other visual assets to support educational goals
Apply responsive and accessible design principles aligned with educational best practices
Edit, refine, and ensure quality assurance of multimedia assets
Integrate multimedia content into Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms
Test and troubleshoot multimedia materials to ensure optimal performance across devices and platforms
Keep abreast of emerging trends and tools in multimedia and educational technology
Recommend innovative techniques to enhance learning experiences and engagement
Required:
Entry-Level:
0–3 years of experience with a Bachelor’s in Multimedia Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field
OR 7 years of related experience with a High School Diploma/GED
OR 5 years of related experience with an Associate degree
Intermediate-Level:
4–7 years of experience with a Master’s in a related field
OR 10 years of related experience with a High School Diploma/GED
OR 8 years of related experience with an Associate degree
OR 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
Senior-Level:
8+ years of experience with a Doctorate in a related field
OR 16 years of related experience with a High School Diploma/GED
OR 14 years of related experience with an Associate degree
OR 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
OR 10 years of related experience with a Master’s degree
AND
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph (preferably with this client)
Proficiency in multimedia development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desired:
Master’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field
Familiarity with NRO’s learning platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexible hours when needed
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience creating learning solutions for Intelligence Community agencies
