Markon is seeking a Program Business Manager- Systems Integrator to support one of its Intelligence Community clients.

• Provide direct support to the customer on a range of policy and campaign-related initiatives.
• Write and coordinate documentation for analyst requests, including key intelligence questions.
• Research and identify vendors and partners aligned with specific campaign topic areas.
• Facilitate engagement with commercial companies, think tanks, academia, and government organizations.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings; prepare read-ahead materials, track documentation, and identify key discussion points.
• Review and validate content provided by partners; synthesize information for Intelligence Community (IC) audiences.
• Develop and implement business management processes to support group establishment, operations, and publication workflows.
• Provide programmatic support across campaign areas, including project coordination, funding management, and cross-team collaboration.
• Support initiatives in areas such as AI spectrum, biotechnology, energy, and critical minerals.
• Write talking points and background materials for congressional engagements related to technology campaign areas.
• Facilitate the sharing of content and deliverables across office-level initiatives, including placemats and strategic documents.

• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills\
• Ability to interact with customers at all levels of the organization (consulting and leadership experience a plus)
• Minimum 3+ year's experience with a strong business background
• PMP

USD $150,000.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.
