Markon's partner company is seeking a Communication Support Officer III to support our Intelligence Community client from Herndon, VA.
The ideal Communication Support Officer III will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following tasks:
Create and maintain communications systems via hardware and software
Build email and phone number accounts
Integrate and maintain services
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Update, track, and renew computer and telephone services
Utilize instant messaging applications with understanding of their respective strengths and weaknesses
Set up hardware and software solutions quickly and efficiently
Required:
Minimum 6 years of experience relating to the responsibilities above
Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field
Direct experience with messaging applications
Experience with procurement and setting up devices
Experience with VPN setup and maintaining telecom solutions and applications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and GSuite
Desired:
Experience developing for mobile platforms (iOS, Android)
Experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues
