Markon is seeking a Project Integrator – SME to support an Intelligence Community client in Herndon, VA.
The ideal Project Integrator – SME will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following tasks:
Perform data analysis and support administration for a dynamic Executive Leadership Team
Route action items to appropriate groups/individuals and collate responses
Serve as a responsible office for accountable property
Create facilities requests and maintain seating and space information
Support meetings through the development of presentation slides, agendas, documentation, minute-taking, and presentation
Provide event planning support for hosted/sponsored meetings including logistics and scheduling
Process account administration access requests
Assist with tracking monthly metrics and office supply orders
Monitor budget requests requiring management attention
Draft travel notifications for group activities
Create and update briefings and templates for executive-level presentations
Facilitate tracking and completion of action items within the organization
Required:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (preferrably from this client)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and persistently seek complete and accurate information
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Tableau
Experience preparing briefing material for executive-level staff
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with all information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain effective relationships with customer and external stakeholders
Team player with the ability to adapt to evolving work priorities
Ability to learn customer-specific tools, applications, and processes
Strong time management skills to handle multiple deadlines and priorities
