Markon Solutions is seeking a Saleforce Developer to support an IC client from Herndon, VA.
The responsibilities and duties of the Salesforce Developer are (but not limited to):
Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.
Write, optimize, and debug SQL queries across standard and custom objects in complex data models.
Configure and support Salesforce administrative operations, including workflows, validation rules, security settings, and role hierarchies.
Deliver clean, reliable, and well-documented code on schedule, ensuring alignment with business and client requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a strong customer-service orientation in high-pressure environments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
Monitor system performance, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Manage multiple priorities effectively, balancing long-term projects with urgent client requests.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
