Markon's partner company is seeking a Target Analyst Reporter Level 2 to support an Intelligence Customer through in-depth target analysis, SIGINT reporting, and network analysis.
Evaluate, assess, and prioritize intelligence data for reporting, integrating SIGINT with collateral sources as appropriate.
Conduct searches using multiple SIGINT tools and databases to assess intelligence value and author time-sensitive reports.
Enhance final reporting products through detailed research and adherence to all applicable SIGINT reporting guidelines.
Analyze collection and open-source data to generate insights, identify leads, and ensure target continuity.
Develop and maintain baseline profiles of designated target sets, including behavioral, cultural, and communication patterns.
Identify intelligence gaps and tailor collection strategies to address them, enabling new or refined targeting efforts.
Utilize advanced analytical disciplines (e.g., pattern recognition, digital footprint analysis, network usage analysis).
Maintain and update databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis purposes.
Apply in-depth knowledge of IC missions, needs, and target communications technologies.
Mentor junior analysts on TDNA tools, tradecraft, and methodologies.
College degree and/or certification will be required.
Minimum 7 years of experience in SIGINT analysis, target development, or intelligence reporting.
Proficiency with SIGINT reporting tools, platforms, and databases.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize patterns in complex data sets.
Experience working with multiple intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, OSINT, etc.).
Familiarity with IC missions, target communications technologies, and behavioral analysis.
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Proven experience mentoring or training other analysts preferred.
Active TS/SCI W/ Poly clearance required.
