Markon is seeking a Senior Resource Analyst to support our Intelligence Customer.
Develop and justify budgets, including Program Budget Submissions and CBJBs.
Analyze program goals, resource needs, and execution performance.
Ensure alignment with strategic goals and reallocate resources as needed.
Prepare budget submissions and documentation that are logical, defensible, and executable.
Support strategic planning through data analysis and performance reviews.
Communicate complex information clearly in written materials and briefings.
Coordinate with stakeholders across the Agency to ensure integration and data consistency.
Support the implementation of tools, models, and methods for resource planning.
Design and manage databases and reporting systems for financial and program analysis.
Conduct research and respond to inquiries from leadership or Congress.
Recommend improvements to planning systems, policies, and procedures.
8+ years of progressively responsible experience in project/program management, financial or quantitative analysis, cost estimation, or resource analysis.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, quantitative analysis, social sciences, or a related field (preferred). Master's degree or MBA may substitute for 2 years of experience.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and data evaluation skills.
Proficient in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management.
Knowledge of federal regulations, quality assurance, and automated planning tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to brief and influence various audiences.
Skilled in managing competing priorities, planning work, and collaborating across diverse teams.
Ability to interact effectively with people of different backgrounds and values.
Working knowledge of project management, operations research, and cost analysis methodologies.
