Description

Markon is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our team in support of an intelligence customer. This role is ideal for someone with a systems engineering background who enjoys working across teams to keep projects on track, well-structured, and successful.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with portfolio, program, and project managers—as well as technical experts—to organize assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective scheduling management systems.
  • Coordinate project timelines with both internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Track schedules, monitor deadlines, and identify potential delays, facilitating timely solutions.
  • Support design meetings and contribute to project action plans covering resources, budgets, and timelines.
  • Prepare performance updates and project progress reports for leadership.
  • Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project-related documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of relevant experience OR 12+ years of related experience without a degree.
  • Strong background in systems engineering.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as MS Project.
  • Medium to advanced knowledge of JIRA.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range

USD $140,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
