Description

Markon is seeking an experienced Systems Integrator to lead IT service testing, deployment, and lifecycle management. This role is responsible for overseeing data migration, service tracking, and ensuring alignment of IT services with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is skilled in cross-functional collaboration, resource planning, and compliance oversight, while providing both tactical problem-solving and strategic direction. As a trusted partner to engineering teams and system owners, the Systems Integrator ensures seamless delivery, accountability, and continuous improvement of IT services.

Responsibilities

  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
  • Proficiency in desktop support, hardware/software installation, and IT administration.
  • Experience with server management, user accounts, and security compliance.
  • Skilled in using help desk systems, Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, VPNs, and MFA solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience guiding technical teams and projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance tactical problem resolution with strategic planning.
  • Project management experience, including scheduling, milestone tracking, and adaptive planning.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with both traditional and non-traditional financial systems.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving account and device management issues.
  • Strong background in project management methodologies and adaptive delivery.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
  • Strong background in computer, network, and application security.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, virtualization, and system administration.
  • Skilled in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with networking, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with MSSQL, Oracle DB, and SIEM/security analytics tools.
  • Experience managing isolated LANs and sensitive systems.
  • Knowledge of IT compliance, accreditation, and identity management.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Linux operating systems and Cisco IOS.
  • Familiarity with DNS administration, database or application security, Active Directory, identity management, or PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).

Salary Range

USD $150,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.
