Description

Markon is seeking a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Professional to support our client’s operational requirements on a mission-focused program within a challenging and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain TSCM programs and capabilities.

  • Conduct physical and technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Perform Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) inspections.

  • Conduct TEMPEST surveys and assessments, providing detailed mitigation recommendations.

  • Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements.

  • Research, develop, and contribute to policy and instruction at the Agency and Intelligence Community (ICD) levels.

  • Evaluate and recommend medical device approval or mitigation strategies for secure environments.

  • Conduct radio frequency (RF) direction-finding missions to identify unauthorized transmitting devices.

  • Provide technical security subject matter expertise (SME) to designated Intelligence Community working groups.

  • Develop and disseminate workforce education materials supporting Counterintelligence (CI) and Security awareness programs.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12–15 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10–13 years of relevant experience.

  • TSCM Certification with demonstrated experience conducting TEMPEST assessments.

  • Expert knowledge of radio frequencies, direction-finding procedures, wireless communications, and general TSCM processes.

  • Broad understanding of counterintelligence investigations, insider threat operations, physical security and anti-terrorism requirements, cybersecurity, digital forensics, and IT infrastructure.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with or within the Intelligence Community (IC).

Salary Range

USD $170,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr.

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
