Markon is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to provide expert-level management, operational, and analytical support to a Government Customer.
Manage and track multiple taskings and suspense actions from higher headquarters, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Coordinate staff actions across the organization to promote communication, collaboration, and mission alignment.
Support daily PMO operations, execution planning, and project lifecycle activities, adding value to program and operational outcomes.
Prepare, review, and manage large volumes of documentation and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Develop and deliver data-driven briefings, reports, and updates to senior DoD and Army leadership.
Track milestones, schedules, and deliverables; compile and coordinate materials for major events such as Quarterly Program Reviews (QPRs).
Support personnel training and certification tracking in accordance with applicable Army and DoD guidance; report compliance status monthly to PdM/DPdM and higher headquarters.
Manage file structures, shared drives, and collaborative environments to maintain version control and data integrity across the office.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and overall PMO effectiveness.
Coordinate across functional areas including contracting, budgeting, cost analysis, and logistics to support integrated program management.
Monitor and document the execution of programmatic initiatives, ensuring all objectives, schedules, and reporting requirements are met.
Provide executive-level administrative and management support to senior leadership, ensuring all actions are staffed, tracked, and completed.
