Description

Markon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects supporting an intelligence customers Managed Attribution Office. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.

 

The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Line Managers, Governance Boards, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Present projects at Governance Board control gates to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and secure approvals
  • Collaborate with Product Line Managers to ensure deliverables meet business requirements and stakeholder expectations
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project
  • Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and deliverables
  • Maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date reporting
  • Create and update quad charts to provide clear, concise status updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive project success

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a complex environment
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership or governance boards
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with MS Project and other project management tools
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Line Managers
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field + 15 years of relevant project management experience

Salary Range

USD $170,000.00 - USD $205,000.00 /Yr.

The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
