PLEX Solutions, A Part of Markon is looking for a Cyber Budget Anayst to support a SETA Program in the Arlington, VA area.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in any discipline.
5 years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes and/or budget execution activities.
Experience supporting U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) or Joint/Service Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development and Budget Estimate Submission (BES) formulation.
Demonstrated expertise in Program Objective Memorandum (POM) formulation, Program Element (PE)-level fiscal management, and defense resource planning.
Experience supporting Component or Military Department (MILDEP) POM development at the Combatant Command, four-star headquarters, or Service Secretariat level.
Strong understanding of Department of Defense resource planning, budget formulation, and fiscal management processes.
Proven ability to analyze complex budget, program, and resource data and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with executive leadership, senior government officials, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to develop executive-level briefings and technical documentation.
Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance, analytical support, and strategic advice on fiscal planning, programming, and resource allocation.
