Systems Integrator

Markon is seeking a Systems Integrator to support an Intelligence Community client in Chantilly, Virginia. This position will serve as a key technical contributor responsible for coordinating, integrating, and validating Sponsor-developed capabilities to ensure mission integrity, performance, and reliability. The Systems Integrator will work closely with Sponsor stakeholders and test teams to manage technical requirements, identify integration challenges, and apply sound program management and critical-thinking practices throughout the capability lifecycle.

• Coordinate, integrate, and support the validation of Sponsor-developed capabilities to ensure mission integrity, performance, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain project plans supporting technical and program objectives.
• Support essential program management processes, including requirements, resources, schedules, configuration management, and risk management.
• Coordinate Sponsor technical requirements with stakeholders across multiple teams and functional areas.
• Identify potential technical, integration, and interface issues and communicate concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
• Apply critical-thinking and analytical skills to evaluate Sponsor-developed capabilities.
• Analyze technical issues and provide sound recommendations to maintain operational effectiveness and resolve identified challenges.
• Track technical requirements, schedules, risks, and other project activities throughout execution.
• Collaborate with Sponsor test teams and stakeholders to validate integration and interface requirements.
• Support the integration of new and existing capabilities into Sponsor environments.
• Maintain effective communication among technical teams, stakeholders, and program personnel.
• Develop and maintain project documentation using Microsoft Office applications.

Required:

• An Active TS/SCI with a FS Polygraph (Preferably from this client) is required to be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience;
  • OR a minimum of 7 years of successful experience relevant to the technical function being supported.
• Demonstrated successful experience developing and implementing essential program management processes, including:
  • Requirements and resources.
  • Schedule management.
  • Configuration management.
  • Risk management.
• Demonstrated successful experience developing project plans.
• Demonstrated successful experience coordinating Sponsor technical requirements with stakeholders and communicating potential issues.
• Demonstrated successful experience applying critical thinking to Sponsor-developed capabilities to assess mission integrity, performance, and reliability.
• Experience analyzing technical issues and developing sound recommendations to address identified concerns.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Desired:

• Demonstrated successful experience working with Sponsor test teams and stakeholders to validate integration and interface requirements associated with Sponsor-developed capabilities.

USD $150,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr.
